UKRINFORM is the only national news agency of Ukraine. Founded in 1918, the agency has the largest network of regional and foreign news bureaus. Ukrinform correspondents work in most regions of Ukraine and ten countries: the United States (Washington, D.C., and New York), Canada, Belgium, France, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, Latvia, and Turkey. Ukrinform is Ukraine's sole representative and member of the European Alliance of News Agencies (EANA). News stories are delivered in Ukrainian, Russian, English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, and Polish.
